Accounts
- A parent or legal guardian creates the account and adds children. Children use FFKidz with a grown up nearby.
- Keep your email account safe, because sign in links are sent there.
- One family account may have up to 8 children.
What is free
- Unit 1 of every subject stays free for every child.
- Nursery and KG games are free.
- Each child in Grades 1 to 5 gets one free 3 day trial of their grade when they are added. A child can have only one trial.
Subscriptions and payment
- A subscription is for one child and one grade, for the dates written in your agreement.
- An extra grade for one subject can be added by agreement.
- You ask for a subscription in My Family. We contact you, and payment happens outside the website. After payment we record your access with the contract or receipt number.
- Payments are not refundable. Please use the free trial and Unit 1 before you pay.
- When access ends, your child keeps their progress and Unit 1 stays open.
Using FFKidz well
- Use FFKidz for your own family's learning. Do not copy or share the lessons outside your family.
- Do not try to get into other families' accounts or disturb the website.
- We may close an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why.
Our lessons
We work hard to make every lesson correct and suitable for children. Islamic Studies lessons are reviewed by a scholar before children use them, and parents choose whether to switch them on. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.

We may update these terms and will email parents about important changes. To contact us, reply to any FFKidz email.
